Let's start the WEEKEND!

How about spending a little weekend time doing some much needed crafting?  It always makes me feel better.

This Friday the design team has some FAB-U-LOUS cards to share with you.  As always I hope you are as inspired as I am to get your craft on!

This darling new digi was a blast to colour. With her big playful bow, and the pointer in her hand that can be used to draw attention to a sentiment or even a fun embellishment, this digi can be used for any kind of card! I coloured her up with Copics, and paired her with some paper from Doodlebug. I can't wait to give this one away! I know she'll make any recipient smile!

I really like when little kid DIGIs are dressed in cute costumes like this. With my pink obsession she had to be pink, but the rest of the Easter type colors really come through with the fun bunny paper from Echo Park. I also added the little egg toad stool as a fun embellishment with the flowers. Such a great Easter set, it will help you make adorable place cards for your Easter dinner table!

This month's release has been my favorite every image is a cutie and versatile. For my card I used the image secret admirer inked her up and made this invitation for a surprise party.

Get ready for our new March release!!!

Happy Tuesday!

It's Tuesday, and you know what that means....it's time for our Tuesday team inspiration!  The ladies did a FAB job.  Why not drop by their blogs and leave a little love!

For my creation this week, I chose the adorable "Hello Girl" image and decided she would be perfect for a birthday card. I colored her with my Copics. I found some Nestie flower dies that have been sitting in my collection of dies forever and finally got them out to play with. I love how they turned out and think they really round out the card nicely, hope you thin so too:)

I'm on a rainbow kick so I colored the 'Sending You My Love' balloons in a rainbow assortment to change it up from the pinks and reds from Valentine's day to make a cute 'bon voyage' card!

This image titled Enjoy your Time from the latest release makes me smile. She's a girl after my own heart with her love of cupcakes! I pulled out my Copics and colored the image. I wanted to keep the card simple, so I added her to the front and then added a few strips of pattern paper and a couple rubons to complete the project.

Happy Crafting!!

I really need to send more thinking of you cards out and this image is perfect for it. Honestly, all the February new release Digis are perfect 'just because' cards and birthday cards, and teacher cards.....

I absolutely love all the images released this month especially this one as my daughter loves cupcakes. For my card I layered the base with cardstock and dies, inked this cutie with copic markers and framed it using the spellbinders marvelous squares.

Tuesday's Team!

Time for Tuesday's team to inspire you to get crafty!  The ladies did a super job, as usual.  Don't forget we have a Fab new freebie to go with a new challenge too!

Well, I have moved away from love/Valentine's this week and have gone back to an image from the Winter Sports set as I have become obsessed with the Olympics. I wish USA was doing a bit better, but they are still such fun to watch, all the athletes are so amazing. I have colored this sweet snowborder with my Copics and used USA colors on her. I found this sentiment in my clear stamps and I think it makes a perfect card for any athlete. Hope you like it:)

This sweet Mage is so cute and perfect for cards sending happy wishes for any occasion!

I just think this release is the cutest. Each of the images lends itself to being colored in so many different ways. I decided I wanted to color her dress blue and layer her onto this cute polkadot paper. She certainly would be a sweet Secret Admirer!

Friday's Design Team showcase!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here we go with Friday's cards from the design team.  They did an outstanding job, why not drop by their blogs and leave a little 'LOVE'!

Happy Valentine's Day! This great new digi is perefect for those of you who "love" this day, and also for those who could can't wait until tomorrow. Although perfect for a Valentine's greeting, she is also perfect for a simple "thinking of you" card. Such a versatile new release!

This image is perfect for today, Valentine's Day! I wanted to give the feeling the basket was floating so I decided to create a step card. I used some Stickles on the balloons for a bit of sparkle, cut out some clouds and now she's off to her Valentine's house! Wishing you a sweet Valentine Day!

There is something romantic about this card and a nice fit too since its valentine's day. I love this image. once i colored my image I layered my card with a lot of layers before setting my image in to give it the extra oopmf.....

Tuesday's Team Shares

We are still showcasing February's new release and Tuesday's design team did a marvelous job with their inspiration!  So many great ideas to share, if only we all had more time to craft!

When I saw the Enjoy Your Time digi, it instantly made me think of Alice in Wonderland especially with the cupcake that she's about to eat to make her giant or small!  So colored her (using Copics) to look like her with the blonde hair, blue dress and added a soft tuft of grass for her to sit & enjoy her sweet treat!

Who wouldn't love this little cutie giving them a special wish? I decided she should be colored in our favorite Harry Potter house colors (go Gryffindor). I colored her with my Copics and then fussy cut the image out. I then mounted her with foam tape to my card front that I covered with pieces of pattern paper I had left from another project.

This week I have chosen another of the New February Releases "Sending My Love" and found this awesome sentiment that fits with it perfectly! This image is great because with the balloons it can be used for many occasions - Valentine's, anniversary, birthday, etc. I used by new heart border die on the bottom of card and image colored with my Copics. Hope you like it!!

Happy Crafting!

"This newly released image called Enjoy Your Time is perfect for those birthdays coming up! She's so adorable and sweet holding her perfect cupcake! I love raising elements on my card with pop-dots for added dimension so I placed pop-dots behind the image and behind the sentiment banner. I almost always include a bow on my card. To get the perfectly tied bow I use a tool called a Bow Easy. :)"

Enjoy the Sunday everyone!!

Happy Friday!

Our Friday design team has such fun creations to share for you featuring the new February release.  Each digi is sold separately, so you can purchase all 4, or just 1 (but I think you want all 4)!

February is here which means love is in the air.....and you could not say it better than the images released this month by Chi Chi Memories, after all a picture is worth a thousand words. The image sending my love was fun to color and made the card come together real fast. Thought of making a circular card because love knows no end.....hope I have inspired you to grab the image and share your creation.

Here we go with another new release of imaginative digis for February! I'm loving this month's new release. I thought this would make a cute friendship card. After all the cold weather I've been living in I decided I had to use some cheery colors to brighten my day. I hope it brightens your day as well. Image colored with Copic Markers.

Love is definitely in the air with this cute new digi! I love the playful nature of this image, and it's a unique idea perfect for upcoming Valentine's cards. I coloured up this image with Copics, and my favourite part was colouring the basket - it was fun to play around with the texture, although, if that scares you a bit, not to worry - the texture is also drawn right in for you.

Visit the STORE for these and other digis!

Tuesday's Design Team Creations!

Happy Tuesday!!  I'm really excited today to start showing off the new February release stamps.  These 4 new stamps are adorable, it's impossible to choose a favorite!

These new digis are just getting cuter every month! I couldn't wait to get my copics on this adorable"Secret Admirer" image & all that fabulous hair! She is just perfect for a Valentine's Day card or any occasion!

This new image just makes me smile. I colored her with my Copics. I decided to fussy cut out the image and have her floating in the clouds in search of sunshine. The image is floating along on some foam tape for dimension.

I also went with "Secret Admirer" this week. The DT got these sweet February images a couple weeks ago and I have been wanting to use them ever since, so it was great fun to play with this cute image. I have colored her with Copics and used a Love related sentiment. I just got this cool die that I used to cut out the image and make the border, it's from Cart Us and I think it adds a nice touch. I sure hope you like it!!

Come on back on Friday to see with Friday's design team has for you to see.
Happy Crafting!

"The new February release is amazing!! This new image is called Sending My Love, and I knew when I saw her that I wanted to put her in this altered 8x8 frame ! She's so adorable and perfect in pink and blue....my favorite color combo right now!! I cut squares of decorative paper and glued them to the cheap wood frame. Then I pulled out flowers and dies to finish it off. It turned out to be one of my new favorite projects! I know you'll enjoy coloring up these cuties too!"
