DT Showcase Tuesday 10.21.14

It's Tuesday and that means time for another designer showcase.

Lysa used the Casual Beauty image to create this wonderful card:

I thought this Casual Beauty image would just look some pretty in purple! Love using these CCM images for clean and simple cards- this one is going into my stash to send to someone special when they need a pick-me-up!

Nikki created this adorable card using the totally adorable Apple Costume image:

Time to get into the spirit of things! Apple Costume is adorable...... I used Gina K card stock and the DP is MME. I inked this little guy up with Copics. The sentiment is from Stampin Up's Wicked collection. Hope you enjoy!

I (Lynda) created used the Cheerful Girl (or in this case Cheerful Ghoul):

It's Halloween time and I thought it would be fun to color up the Cheerful Girl, or should I say Cheerful Ghoul, to get ready to celebrate the big day. She's too cute to spook though!

I just love how this lovely cheerful girl turned out is so cute! I used my copics to colored it, the base is white, all designer papers used are from the clutter on my desk, used some left over grinham white and; red use the instant photo die cut to portrait her and added the sentiment on the bottom border of the die cut and accent it with some felt red flowers....what do you think?

Yeah It's Your Birthday with Cheery Girl. I used some lovely digital papers from Etsy and inked her up with my reliable Copic markers. The stickers are American Craft "Thickers", which were great to add some pop of colour to the card!.

DT Showcase Tuesday 9.9.14

It's Tuesday and that means time for another designer showcase.  This week I think you'll agree the designers have come up with some wonderful projects for you!!!

Lysa used the Cheerful Girl image to create this wonderful greeting:

HOORAY! It's your Birthday! I had lots of fun coloring up this sweet Cheerful Girl! With fall just around the corner means the start of football season! I colored her up in my college colors- Maroon & Gold! (GO ASU Sun Devils!!) added a fun birthday sentiment and matching sequins!

***********************************************
Nikki created this awesome card featuring the new release Caught In the Rain:

Another adorable new release from Chi Chi's called Raincoat Girl. As per usual, I inked this cutie with my Copics markers. She was a lot of fun to colour up. I used some bright digital papers which I got from Etsy and some stickers to add the sentiments to the front and inside the card. The cloud is a chipboard from Bella Bvrd.

I (Lynda) created this card showcasing the new Tinker Fairy image:

This sweet new release image needed a scene of her own, so I created one for her using some fun dies. She is colored with my Spectrum Noir colored pencils. The inside of the card says "Make a wish"...
