"This week I used an adorable image from the newly released stamp set I've Got Your Back. I loved the image and wanted to try something a little out of the box for me by coloring the hair in some bright color choices. I used some of my favorite color combinations of Spectrum Noir Markers on these little darlings. They are printed on Bazzill card stock and then layered with SU Regal Rose and Mambo Melon. I also used a bit of paper from Recollections and My Mind's Eye. The flowers I came across again recently, and they are from my stash. Thanks for looking!"

"I knew right away when I saw all these cute images that I had to make something with the cutie with the flower.  I am always sending thank you cards to people and the matching sentiments are perfect in the set.  I colored her with my Copics and then fussy cut the image out.  I then added some matching cardstock and pattern paper to the card front.  She is mounted onto the card using foam tape.  I can't wait to send her to a friend!"

"For my card I decided to go with a CAS (Clean and Simple) design.  I printed the flower image from the Spring is Here onto cardstock and colored it with Copics.  I then added the piece of Washi tape to the card front and then added my fussy cut image.  I then added the rubon sentiment."

"I love sending out to friends and family, Thinking of You cards or cards just to say hello.  We all get so much junk mail now a days, it’s nice to receive something other than a bill.  The Baby Flower Set is perfect for those “Thinking of You” cards."

"Chi Chi Memories images are perfect for fun summertime cards. Jordy is diving for fun this week, where I combined two of the images from the Splash of Fun Stamp Set and colored them with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I kept this card simple to allow the bright colors of the image to pop. I layered a piece of striped paper from Simple Stories underneath, it seems the colors in the paper are a perfect match to my image. I even colored the little banner with one of my markers - I love how these markers create such vibrant colors without eating up my paper! The twine is from Stampin' Up! and the button is from my stash."

"Birthday Boy from the Chi Chi Memories Birthday Boy Bundle is perfect for those little boys in your life.  It’s so hard for me  to know what little boys are into year to year so this image is just perfect for a generic boy birthday. The entire set is just adorable."

"For my card this week I used the flower cart from Specially For You. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir markers from the Brights Set. I used the following color combinations: CR9, DR2, DR4 for the wagon, GT2, LG5, JG2 for the leaves and stems, and GB6, GB7, and a Blender Pen for the Sunflowers. The papers used on this card are Bazzill Kraft, Jillibean Soup's Christmas Eve Chowder, and Crate Paper Snow Day Collection. The button and flower are from my stash. Have a great week!"

"I decided for my project this week that I wanted Jordy to be showing off some bright summer colors.  I decided to use the colors from the Noteable collection by My Minds Eye as my inspiration..this wonderful rich blue on the pattern paper was the perfect color to coordinate with the fabulous sunshine pattern on his surfboard.  I think he looks like he's ready to hit some waves after stopping by to wish you "hello"...don't you?"

"Here’s another card made with the Beach Time digital set.  After all , it’s July and that means the beach! I popped my image out from under the polaroid die cut to give the appearance that the image is coming to life.  You’ll enjoy these charming images so get yours today!"

"Are you ready for some summer days at the beach? I have been having a "wicked blast" with these images from the Beach Time stamp set. This week I used the surfer boy from the set colored in fun shades of blue and green, with a bit of summer orange for my color scheme. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Markers, and couldn't resist creating a little beach sign on the side with a free download I found at Simple Stories. It reminds me of the beach side signs on Cape Cod! The little brad in the corner is also from Simple Stories, and the papers are from Jillibean Soup and Stampin' Up!"

"For my project this week I decided to create a canvas.  This canvas is 5x7.  I first merged images from the Beach Time set and the sun from Spring Is Here.  I then printed the images onto heavy cardstock.  I then mod podged the image onto the canvas and let it dry.  I then used Gelatos and Faber Castell watercolor pencils to color in my scene.  I then put a think layer of Mod Podge over the top to seal the image.  I then used a black Permaball marker to go over the lines of the stamped images to make them stand out...adding some little doodles and dashes here and there...  I can't wait to give this canvas as a gift!!"

"I’m just loving this NEW release from Chi Chi Memories Beach Time this month.  These adorable little images are just so darn cute to work with and perfect for this time of year.  The images are super easy to color or paper piece too!"

I used elements from the Spring is here set to create my 1^st stair step card.  I love trying new things and I knew these cute little elements would help me build a scene for the card design.

"I knew right away when I saw the adorable images in the new Beach Time set that I wanted to create a super fun scene.  I merged the image of the girl and the sandcastle together.  I then colored my images with Copics and chalk.  To add some interest to my card I added real sand to the base of the card where the sandy beach is.  I then mounted the colored image onto coordinating cardstock and then the card base.  The sentiment rubon was added last.  I just think this makes a sweet warm summer greeting."

"I love all the images from the new stamp set Beach Time, but really, who wouldn't want to  celebrate the Fourth of July with a trip to the beach? These cuties might be watching the tide roll in, or waiting for the fireworks to start. I colored them in using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I love how easy it is to blend and shade my images with these. My card is made with a base of white card stock and layered some papers from My Mind's Eye and Creative Imaginations. The banners were cut from a free download that was shared with my scrap booking group. They fit the theme of my card perfectly and the colors worked together so well. Happy 4th of July!

"This little paint can has been sitting on my desk just begging to be altered and made into something special for quite a while. I used the Happy 4th of July Stamp from the 4th of July collection, and colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers. I built up a medallion layered with die cuts, punches and crepe paper streamer, then used some Bo Bunny Jewels to dress it up. I added a variety of red and blue ribbons from my ribbon basket and a button to finish it off. It sure looks cute sitting on the shelf in my kitchen!"

How about a sweet adorable card using the simple digital stamp Hug?  So so cute!  And the 'love me' sentiment is from Baby Flower set 2 or Baby Flower collection.

"This set from Chi Chi Memories is called Splash of Fun and I just love this unique set.  There’s a boy and girl swimmers, fish, coral reef and sub marine. You can get the some of the images in a single set too. There’s lots of ideas you could use this set for like invitations for a undersea birthday celebration."

"I wanted to create a CAS (Clean and Simple) card for this week, so I printed the cute girl from the Spring Is Here set in a large size.  I then colored her with my Copics and added chalk for highlights.  I then covered my card front with this wonderful washi tape.  I fussy cut the image and then mounted her onto the card using foam tape.  She is just the cutest and this card is perfect for...well everything!"

Hello CCM friends and happy Tuesday!  It's once again for some chi chi fun and check out these super fun cards from our DT ladies.

"For my project I decided to use this adorable bird image from the Spring is Here set.  I printed the image and colored it with my Copics.  I then fussy cut the image out super close to the lines.  I then cut this branch using my silhouette portrait and used foam tape to pop the birdie off the branch.  I printed out the sentiment and used a punch for the thought bubble.  The entire project is backed onto some digital scrapbook paper that I printed.  I just think he is the "tweetest" little thing, don't you?"

"For my card this week I used Spectrum Noir Markers to color the image. I printed the verse in big, bold letters and then cut them apart to make a few banners. I used my Banner Punch to create the banner across the top, and Distressed Dots as a background stamp.  The colors used on this project are from last week's Color Q Challenge of Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay, Certainly Celery and Real Red. It was a fun card to create!"

"I love altering small notebooks.  They make great gifts to give for any occasion.  I have given so many away, I have never stopped to make one for myself; so today I did.  These smaller sized notebooks I found at Michael’s in the dollar area.  For this note book I used the adorable image called Ladybug Costume.  When I saw her I knew I wanted to do something cute.   She turned out adorable, didn’t she?"

"I love red, white and blue mixed together.  I think it’s one of my favorite color combos and because it’s my favorite I decided to use the 4^th of July set.  I love to pop my images and with this set you can do just that!  I hope you’ll check out the entire set of the 4^th of July digi set, it’s super cute and a must have!!!!"

Check out this adorable card using Spring is Here set!

"For my project, I used the single flower image from the Spring is Here set.  In MS Word. I repeated the images for a panel; printed my sentiment and finally embossed the background for a very quick and simple card."

How about  some swinging fun from the Summer Fun set?

 "Swinging is fun, but it's so much better when you do it with a friend.  I decided to combine the two images from the Summer Fun set and added the sentiment below the image before printing it.  The images are colored with Copics and the background is done with chalks.  For added dimension I used thin twine along the swings for some extra fun!"

 "My card was created using ink pads and a blending pen. It is a double easel card with white waffle paper and Sizzix Die Cut Stars. The card folds flat for mailing and fits perfectly into a 5x7 envelope."

Don't forget to say hello to clown Jordy from the Happy Carnival set 

and all his cool balloons from the Tea Party set.

"Celebrations are super fun especially when it comes to clowns and balloons.  I loved the balloons from the Tea Party set so I printed them out several times onto printed paper and added twine to give them the appearance of floating.  The clown is from the Happy Carnival set and I added glitter to his outfit so he shines as the star of the card."

We love how Alice did a bit of alternations, she fuzzy cut out the drape which is the stage from the Puppet Show set and the adorable clown from the Happy Carnival set.

Who wouldn't want to go fly a kite on such a fun summer day?  

Lynda used Summer Fun set and she printed the sun and kite image twice and popped the image

off the card using dimensional glue.  The images are colored using Copics as well as chalk.

How about his cute elephant Freddie is from the 4th of July set?

Freddie is colored using water based markers directly onto the paper and finished with a patriotic banner and the lovely glittery stars.
