Are you ready for halloween? The CCM kids sure are.  :)
Jordy and Candace are all set for some trick or treating fun!

Lynda

"I knew I had to do something with these two cuties dressed as robots when I saw this new set of stamps.  I layered them close to each other and printed the images along with the sentiment together.  I then colored them with my Copics keeping with a simple grey and red color scheme.  I then mounted the image onto black, silver, and red cardstock.  I used the scraps to create the background pattern behind the image on my card base.  I do think they are the ultimate in cuteness overload!!!"

Alice

"This just goes to show you how versatile these adorable digis are.  I used the NEW Costume Set 2 on my card.  It’s a Halloween set, but I used it for something entirely different.  You can switch out the Lion digi for the Tiger or the Robots, your choice!"

Hello hello CCM friends!  Happy Tuesday!
We are excited to share a few super cute card for you today.

Lynda

"I decided to use the cute cloud image from the Summer Fun stamp set as the focus for my card this week.  I printed it onto my cardstock and then used an exacto knife to cut along the edge of the cloud.  I then layered colored cardstock to look like a rainbow.  I used chalk to create the sky color and to add some depth to the cloud, including some cute cheeks!  I'm sure this greeting will bring a smile to someone's face when they find it in their mailbox!"

Alice

"This is an oldie but goodie digital set from Chi Chi Memories called, “Baby Flower”.  You’ll want to add this to your stash as well.  I think of these sets as collectibles because you just can’t have one.  Get yours today!"

Kerry

"I absolutely adore the Tea Party set and I decided to make a tag inside of a card.  I colored Jordy with copic markers and cut him out and pop him with some 3D foam tape.  And for the tag, I went for the distress look, I inked it with distress ink pad, added some tissue tape, pattern paper, lace, wood piece, frantage and twine.  Viola!"

"I'm totally in love with the Time Party set, isn't Candace super adorable with her tea party outfit!  And not to mention the yummy cupcake?"

Katherine

"I love the images in this month's release Party Time, but this little group of animals is my favorite - hands down! The shading on the stamp makes it super easy to make these little guys pop off the page. I wanted to make something a little out of the box this week and thought it would be fun to add a few birthday candles. They sure make this gorgeous lime green ribbon really stand out!"

Lynda

"I knew right away when I saw this little sweetie in the Party Time set that I had to use her as the focus of a card.  I colored her using my Copic markers and then mounted her on this wonderful sheet music pattern paper.  I then created the sentiment banner with extra cardstock and added to the front of the card using foam tape.  I'm sure she'll make the perfect greeting for any reason!"

Aren't they super cute?  Thanks so much for stopping by and happy crafting!

"For my card this week I wanted to showcase one of the cute individual stamps from the Spring is Here stamp set.  This cute apple tree would be wonderful on a back to school card, so that's what I decided to create.  My image is colored with copics and fussy cut.  I then used Glossy Accents on the apples to make them shiny.  I layered the cardstock and pattern papers onto the card base and then added my image.  I added the sentiment on a piece of scrap cardstock and mounted it using some cute red snaps."

"This week I used an image from the Stamp Set Friendship, Chi Chi Memories August 2013 release, I Got Your Back. I used my basic Spectrum Noir pens in Browns, Purples, and Pale Hues for all my coloring. I layered papers from my Crate Paper Snow Day 6x6 pad for the background of my card and used a Framelit Label Die to cut out the bottom of my tag. I have the pretty, sparkly buttons in my stash and I paired them up with some silver cording I found in Target's dollar bin. I used some tutorials on the Spectrum Noir blog as a guide for my skin tones and hair this week."

Tuesday DT Showcase

Hello CCM friends and happy Tuesday to you.

Time for another DT Showcase featuring the new Friendship collection.

"I'm so happy to be getting ready to begin a new school year. I love the freshness of the fall season and this image reminds me of a little girl getting ready for her first day of school. I colored my image using alcohol markers in bright shades. My paper is from Jillibean Soup and Stampin Up! I am just in love with the Jillibean Soup's Apple Cheddar Soup patterns. I sprinkled a few little sparkles in the corner, don't you think these things are the cutest addition to a card?"

"This month’s release is super cute!  I loved coloring these adorable little girls and you will too.  Brighten up someone’s day with these charming digi girls!"

"For my card this week I decided to use this adorable image of these two girls that really showcases what a good friend does for another in need.  I colored the image using my Copic markers and then mounted the colored pieces onto coordinating cardstock.  It was then mounted onto the pattern paper I picked when I selected the image.  I can't wait to send this to a friend that has had a bad week...I'm sure she'll feel so much better when she gets this in the mail."

"For this week, I used these adorable girls from Wipe your tears.  I colored the girls with Copic markers. The pattern paper is from Basic Grey true love collection.  I added some red twine and a 'love' die cut from Memory Box."

"This week I used an adorable image from the newly released stamp set I've Got Your Back. I loved the image and wanted to try something a little out of the box for me by coloring the hair in some bright color choices. I used some of my favorite color combinations of Spectrum Noir Markers on these little darlings. They are printed on Bazzill card stock and then layered with SU Regal Rose and Mambo Melon. I also used a bit of paper from Recollections and My Mind's Eye. The flowers I came across again recently, and they are from my stash. Thanks for looking!"

Tuesday DT Showcase

Hello hello CCM friends!
We are super excited!!!
Not only we are sharing some super adorable projects with you...
and yes, yes!  We will be showing you a little peak on our August release!

"For my card I decided to go with a CAS (Clean and Simple) design.  I printed the flower image from the Spring is Here onto cardstock and colored it with Copics.  I then added the piece of Washi tape to the card front and then added my fussy cut image.  I then added the rubon sentiment."

"I love sending out to friends and family, Thinking of You cards or cards just to say hello.  We all get so much junk mail now a days, it’s nice to receive something other than a bill.  The Baby Flower Set is perfect for those “Thinking of You” cards."

"Chi Chi Memories images are perfect for fun summertime cards. Jordy is diving for fun this week, where I combined two of the images from the Splash of Fun Stamp Set and colored them with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I kept this card simple to allow the bright colors of the image to pop. I layered a piece of striped paper from Simple Stories underneath, it seems the colors in the paper are a perfect match to my image. I even colored the little banner with one of my markers - I love how these markers create such vibrant colors without eating up my paper! The twine is from Stampin' Up! and the button is from my stash."

"Here’s little Jordy dressed as an insect and is adorable.  Come check out the rest of Jordy and his friends in the Costume Set by Chi Chi Memories.  You’ll use them for any occasion and for Halloween.  Check it out today!"

Here is sneak peek #1.

And here is sneak peek #2.

DT Showcase

Hello and happy Tuesday!  Hope you are having a great week!

We have some super cute CCM creations for you today!

"You’ll love the digital sets from Chi Chi Memories especially when you can change the size of your images.  It’s super easy and helps when you are creating size and design.  Get your images today before the next stamp set is release in August.  Beach Time is the stamp for your July creations!"

"I knew when I printed this cute bear that I wanted to make sure that he really stood out on my card.  I printed the image twice onto cardstock.  I colored both images using my Copic markers.  I then created the background using chalks; keeping the colors soft and subtle.  I then cut out the top arm and ear from the second image mounting them onto the base image using liquid dimensional glue.  I then layered coordinating cardstock behind my image.  I just adore this bear and think he makes a perfect image for just about every kind of card!"

"For my card this week I used Jordy dressed as a clown from the Happy Carnival Stamp Set. I colored my main image with Spectrum Noir markers, and the tickets are stamped with Tangerine Tango ink. I used paper from Best Creation Inc. called Let's Party. and paper pieced the balloons in Jordy's hand from the back side of the paper. This would make a great birthday card, thank you card, or a get well soon card for a child, so I left the inside greeting free."

Check out this adorable card by our guest DT Steph, super cute!
