Hugs from mother to daughter, this is such an adorable image! I colored the image with a combination of Stampin Up markers and Prismacolor pencils. Then, I cut the image out with a circle Nestibility and matted it with a scalloped circle Nestibility. The rest is pretty self explanitory. Hope you like it!
