DT Showcase Tuesday 9.30.14

I (Lynda) created this card using these cuties from the Joyful Season stamp set:



Love these cuties from the Joyful Season stamp set. I colored them with my Copics and then used some wonderful pearl paper to add to the snowy feeling of this hello friend card.


I also created this card to celebrate National Coffee Day featuring the A Relax Moment image:

Guest DT Showcase

Hello CCM fans,

Happy Sunday! Last week was so stressful and loads to do! Lets hope for a better week ahead!!!
"I inked 'Princess Snowy' with my usual Copic markers and added some clear - wink of stella glitter to her headband and dress to give it a little bit of sparkle. Additionally, I used a designer paper from MME called 'notable,' and the gray and black card stock are from the recollections basic stack. The brads are also from the recollection brand, the ribbon is from celebrate it and the apple sticker is from Jolee's."

Rachel has created this adorable card using the Tiger Girl image:




I made this gorgeous card using 'Tiger Girl' and a card layout I cased a little from another crafters blog (details will be in my personal blog post at the end of the week)
I used papers from DCWV and craft creations, and hand coloured a zebra print ribbon with a pumpkin promarker to match the theme

I just love this Funky Girl image. I made this lovely Friendship card using scrap from my stash all red, white and black, i used my copics to colored her and some white & red riboon for the nots and ban and just added some black banner to contrast with all the dots.

I totally stepped outside of the box with this one and went with an very unusual colour combo. I thought because fall was on it's way that the orange and forest green were fitting. I used the cute "My Teddy" digital and inked her up with Copics..... more details on my blog

This new image just makes me smile. I thought she went perfectly with this cute patchwork heart, so I colored her outfit to match using my Copics.

i made this cute little card for my daughters 3rd birthday in november, with a lot of glitter and following a pink and green colour scheme... she ended up a little top heavy but im sure my daughter will absolutely love it... (in fact she already stole it once before it was finished!)

I just love how this lovely cheerful girl turned out is so cute! I used my copics to colored it, the base is white, all designer papers used are from the clutter on my desk, used some left over grinham white and; red use the instant photo die cut to portrait her and added the sentiment on the bottom border of the die cut and accent it with some felt red flowers....what do you think?

I made this gorgeous little raincoat girl card using a lot of peacock blue distress ink, and some joanna sheen bunting die cuts! she is so cute and perfect for the september weather over in the UK!

For my card this week is was so inspirating to make because that image is so cute...... I used Copics marker to colored her, the base is white and all designer papers used are from the clutter on my desk, used some yellow Washi tape fr om Scotch that I found in so many colors over this weekend the sentiment is from a set I had from one of the co i served as DT and accent it with the mini blue buttons..what do you think? Im getting the hang of my copics little by little im getting there!! LOL

It's Tuesday and that means time for another designer showcase.  This week I think you'll agree the designers have come up with some wonderful projects for you!!!


 Lysa used the Cheerful Girl image to create this wonderful greeting:




HOORAY! It's your Birthday! I had lots of fun coloring up this sweet Cheerful Girl! With fall just around the corner means the start of football season! I colored her up in my college colors- Maroon & Gold! (GO ASU Sun Devils!!) added a fun birthday sentiment and matching sequins!

Nikki created this awesome card featuring the new release Caught In the Rain:




Another adorable new release from Chi Chi's called Raincoat Girl. As per usual, I inked this cutie with my Copics markers. She was a lot of fun to colour up. I used some bright digital papers which I got from Etsy and some stickers to add the sentiments to the front and inside the card. The cloud is a chipboard from Bella Bvrd.

This sweet new release image needed a scene of her own, so I created one for her using some fun dies. She is colored with my Spectrum Noir colored pencils. The inside of the card says "Make a wish"...

"For this back to school card, I used cheerful girl, with recollection papers from Michaels called “back to school.” I also used a java and deep green bazzill basics card stock, 'celebrate it' ribbon, and recollections silver brads. Finally, I created the dash lines with a pigma micron ink pen and added a little bit of sparkle with my wink of stella pen."

I just love this Tinker Fairy image.... is so cute! I used my copics to colored it, the base is white all designer papers used are from the clutter on my desk, used some pink dotted washi tape that I had for so long and I think goes perfectly with the colors and some blue scallop die cut border to accent her wings...she reminds me of my niece.... what do you think?
